Subscription Purchases
Subscription fees for premium listings and agent tools are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. All plans are set to auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled by the user.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund:
Refund requests made within 24 hours of an accidental renewal or initial purchase.
Duplicate charges resulting from technical errors on our platform.
Service unavailability for a period exceeding 48 consecutive hours.
Non-Refundable Cases
Not Eligible for Refund:
Partial usage of a subscription month after the 24-hour grace period.
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
Promotional offers or one-time listing boosts.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
