3. Property Listing Rules

Users providing property listings must ensure that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.

4. Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited:

  • block Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the application.
  • block Using automated scripts to scrape platform data.

5. Subscription Usage

Premium subscriptions provide access to enhanced visibility and advanced analytics. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable unless required by law. Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of property listings or the behavior of users. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
